#7 Calcium
Since we were kids, we’ve been told to drink more calcium to build strong bones. Of course, as we get older this is still relevant as the bones grow weak and porous. Calcium aids in keeping that strong bone structure from suffering those full effects. But beyond that, calcium also has fitness benefits you may not have realized.
Research indicates that calcium encourages the body to burn fat rather than store it, which would clearly result in a prevention of weight gain. In addition to this, if you do not consume a proper amount of calcium, the body often releases a parathyroid hormone, which stimulates fat production as well as inhibits fat breakdown. This can inevitably lead to weight gain and even obesity. Bringing things back around, research has shown that the more calcium in a fat cell, the more fat it burns. Therefore, calcium can both prevent weight gain as well as aid in weight loss.
Being a naturally occurring resource, consumption of calcium can be an easy supplement to increase in your diet to encourage the prevention of weight gain.

If you are very new I would stick with just a whey protein for post/pre workout. Although all 14 of these supplements I do think would help you.
