#4 Green Tea Extract
Green tea has long been a praised source of health benefits due to its high count of antioxidants and caffeine. It has also been proven to aid in fat loss because of those antioxidants and caffeine. Green tea extract provides the same results, but it has to be taken in higher doses than cups of strong green tea.
Green tea extract is essentially a fat burner. The epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) found in green tea has been shown to increase fat oxidation and metabolism. It can also inhibit fat cell development and increase fat excretion. There have also been common and passed down beliefs about the effects of green tea, including it being a stress-reducer and an overall health benefit.

I am a beginner in gym…i am too lean…what supplement shall i take….please help me out
If you are very new I would stick with just a whey protein for post/pre workout. Although all 14 of these supplements I do think would help you.
