#3 Caffeine
Everyone has experienced the effects of caffeine at least once in their lifetime. What did it do? Most simply, you’d probably say it woke you up. But, caffeine does more than that.
Caffeine increases your energy levels, as we have all noted through personal experience, by raising your adrenaline levels. And we know that when adrenaline kicks in, we suddenly have that much more energy to go. Caffeine also helps release fatty acids that you can use as fuel for even more kick.
One of the lesser known fitness benefits of caffeine is that it can raise your metabolic rate by 3 to 11 percent. That’s a serious jump! And, as we have already mentioned, everybody wants to raise that metabolism.
Beyond the gym, caffeine has also been proven to reduce your risks for several types of diseases, including cancer, Parkinson’s, type-2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s and dementia. So not only does it help you at the gym, it also helps you live a longer, healthier life!

I am a beginner in gym…i am too lean…what supplement shall i take….please help me out
If you are very new I would stick with just a whey protein for post/pre workout. Although all 14 of these supplements I do think would help you.
