#7 How Do I Know If I’m Progressing At A Good Rate?
It is a good idea to keep a training log to make sure that your back gets stronger each week. You should aim to get progressively stronger with each passing week so track how much weight you’re moving with each exercise. But, once again, don’t rush the process as that can only lead to injury. Be patient and only add very minimal amounts of weight, sets or reps each week.
