#10 What’s The Best Way To Do A Pull-Up?
Use an overhand grip on a chin up bar. Keep your hands just slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Hang down with your arms straight, pulling your shoulder blades. Complete six to eight reps before moving on to the next exercise without a rest.
