Salmon For Omega-3’s & Protein
The omega-3 has vitamins such as, niacin, thiamin, phosphorus and, of course, protein which makes this fish one of the best things you can eat. Lean on fat and low in sodium, this is one of the healthier protein and meat choices. If you’re dieting, it is a great low calorie food. Salmon can also be made many different ways giving you creative options to enjoy this superfood.
How to enjoy it:
Probably the best fish you can eat, try making this on a grill on a cedar plank. If you can’t find cedar planks, wrap it in tin foil or bake it. Make sure you don’t forget the lemon juice to really get a mouthful of zest!
