Blueberries For Antioxidants & Cancer Protection
The amount of phytonutrients and antioxidants found in blueberries can give you cancer protection and lessen the chances of getting diseases like Dementia and Alzheimer’s. The antioxidants also protect the cells in your hair and nails, which means that blueberries can leave you with thicker hair. Also, blueberries are a great source of fiber, vitamins and manganese. Plus, they are delicious!

If you haven’t been putting blueberries in your oatmeal, you don’t know what you’re missing! Apart from enjoying them as snacks, blueberries are great frozen or added to red wine, fruit drinks and even water. They also are great in salads!
