Black Beans For Protein & Fiber
We all know that beans are one of the best sources of fiber, but black beans are also packed with thiamin, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese and some protein. That’s quite a list of nutrients you don’t want to miss out on. It is also a great superfood that doesn’t happen to be a fruit.
How to enjoy it:
Superfoods are typically low in protein. This one definitely isn’t typical! Since it is a great source of protein, you don’t have to use it as a side dish in your recipes. You can make soups, burger patties, burritos and tacos with this bad boy and get yourself a full belly with a lot less saturated fat and fuss.
