Beetroot Juice For Lowering Blood Pressure
A study by Barts and the London School of Medicine and the Peninsula Medical School found that beetroot juice lowers blood pressure. Another study by the University of Exeter and Peninsula Medical School found that beetroot juice also boosts your stamina. Take this double threat and heighten your athletic ability!
How to enjoy it:
When it comes to adding to your nutritional eating plan, there may be nothing easier than beetroot juice. You can add it to your shakes, soups, stews, make rice in it instead of boiling in water, drink it alone or you could have it mixed with fruit juice. You could even mix it with some vinegar to make your own dressing… Yum!
