# 6 Should Cheat Meals Be A Part Of Your Abs Plan?

All of this is not to say that you have to stick to the same boring meals every week. Nor should you avoid going out with friends while enjoying a drink and a meal outside of your diet plan. Cheat meals are a part of even the most dedicated athletes’ regimens. As someone trying to get a visible six pack, you won’t want to cheat too often. But, something like once per week or once every other week won’t kill you.

Your cheat meal should still be somewhat healthy. You’ll also want to make sure it isn’t a large portion like a whole pizza or something crazy like that. The more you cheat, the harder it will be to make progress in the gym. As long as you follow a training plan, you can afford to cheat once in a while and still see results.
