Ab rollouts are another way to work out your core. And, it’s gaining in popularity. The great part about rollouts is that even though you’ll need equipment, you can use a variety of tools to perform them.
Barbells, Swiss balls and ab rollout wheels will let you optimize your workout, as well as give you the freedom to perform these exercises in any part of the gym that isn’t busy. These exercises won’t differ too much in how they work out your abs. So, you should find whichever one you’re most at ease with and get started as soon as possible.
