Yet another option is to use the cable machine at the gym for cable crunches, wood chops, side bends and other exercises. The cable machine can be intimidating for some who are unfamiliar with it. But, once you learn how to use it, it can be an extremely versatile tool to shape your abs from all angles.
Depending on the exercise, you can target your upper and lower abs, your obliques and serratus. All of this will ensure you attain a shredded six-pack. You can find lots of variations on exercises you can perform with the cable machine. But, make sure that your form is correct and that you aren’t compensating with other muscles. You want to isolate your core to see the best results.
