#2 Changing Your Diet
While you might not be too keen on the idea of switching to a completely healthy diet, it should be easier if you make small, incremental changes over a period of time. Trying to overhaul your diet all at once can leave you slightly overwhelmed, as well as turn you off from dieting completely.
Begin by making small subtle changes like a salad instead of a sandwich for lunch twice per week. That will slowly grow into bigger changes. Eventually, these changes become habits and you’ll be able to completely overhaul your diet without even noticing!
