6. Jason Segel
Jason Segel, also known as Marshall from TV’s How I Met Your Mother, used to be an actor with the classic example of the “dad bod.” He was a bit overweight and many people didn’t think of him to be the most attractive actor on TV.
He has since toned his body and become a stud that nobody saw coming. He lost the weight and got into shape around the time that he made the movie Sex Tape sharing the screen with Cameron Diaz. Working on such a film is quite the motivation for losing weight and getting into shape, we think. After all, who doesn’t want to work in close proximity with the lovely Cameron Diaz?
