5.John Goodman
John Goodman is an actor that’s best known for playing Roseanne’s husband on the TV show entitled, Roseanne. While he has played several other roles in his career, including some in popular movies, most still think of him as Dan. It’s no secret that Goodman was overweight throughout the course of the show and even for some time after. As a matter of fact, he hit a weight of 361 pounds in 2007!
Since that time, though, he has taken to working out, avoiding alcohol and also cutting sugar out of his life. He has lost over 100 pounds already and is looking much healthier. Keep up the good work!
