13. Seth Rogen
Seth Rogen is a well-known comedic actor. He appeared in the comedy action movie Pineapple Express, and has also been featured in several other hilarious movies. Rogen also had the classic “dad bod” look until he took it upon himself to drop that extra weight and get into shape.
Within a nine-month period, he lost about 30 pounds. Rogen is now looking like the stud everybody knew he could be. He has been working out with celebrity fitness trainer Harley Pasternak and plans on continuing his training as long as possible.
