#3 Combats Stress
Everyone knows that alcohol is a great stress-reliever – when consumed in moderation of course. You’ve just arrived home after working an eight-hour shift only to find your kids running amuck and the house a subtle mess while your spouse stays late at work to wrap up a last minute project. You’ve got to get working on a big project yourself, but you have to get things in order first. The first thing you do when you finally get a chance to sit down is pour yourself a glass of Glenmorangie Lasanta on the rocks. Then you sip as your entire body relaxes. What you are experiencing is Heaven compared to the day you’ve had, right? That’s because whiskey (scotch) increases circulation of oxygenated blood throughout your body. After a second glass, you’ll be ready to go to sleep, wake up and do it all over again!
