Reaping the Benefits
Whiskey is useful for many things. Whether you’re stranded on a deserted island and need to clean a wound or just want to help decrease your chances of developing Alzheimer’s, whiskey can be healthy. If you’re not a drinker, start small. One glass every few days wouldn’t hurt. As long as you are consuming in moderation, the health benefits should outweigh any preconceived notions you may have had about the treacherous whiskey. Drink responsibly and within your limits. Be healthy and spread the word!
