You know the feeling – you went off your diet or you simply just had way too much to eat and drink the last few days.
You’re feeling bloated, uncomfortable and unhealthy. What’s the best way to make this feeling go away?
Some people wait it out, allowing their bodies to neutralize themselves and get back to normal. Others turn to colon cleansing, which get their body back on track and help them get on their feet faster.
There are a ton of laxatives out there that promise to get the job done and help your system function as normal again. Advanced Colon Max is one of the more popular ones…
But some of them can be pretty hard on your system itself, causing days of diarrhea, cramping, gas and even more pretty unpleasant side effects.
After all, what’s the point of doing a colon cleanse if you aren’t able to leave the bathroom for longer than 20 minutes?
It’s important to get your system back to normal, especially after a few days or long of eating healthy and unhealthy food, but you want to make sure the option you chose does way more good than harm; even if you do choose the healthy fast food options.
So What Does Advanced Colon Max Do?
Advanced Naturals created Colon Max, which is a pretty controversial supplement we’ve been hearing an awful lot about. It claims to do it all – help you get back to normal and promote healthy function within your liver and colon.
As a pretty potent yet natural laxatives, there have been many reviews on the product and many of the users have commented on the side effects that come along with it.
How it works is this: It relieves constipation and bloating, but it isn’t meant to be taken on a regular or even daily basis, because like we said it is potent and works quickly and thoroughly.
The packaging offers many more perks, like getting rid of the waste and toxins in your body.
This is exactly the kind of thing you want after a binge or rough weekend.
It also promotes normal, healthy bowel movements, making your life a little bit easier. Finally, it does guarantee both its quality and its purity, so you won’t have to worry about what you’re putting into your system.
Because of the toxins your body is exposed to on a daily basis, it cannot function as properly or normally, as these toxins overtake the body and mess with the various functions. That’s where Cleanse Max comes into play.
How Does Advanced Colon Max Work?
It gives you a concentrated formula of minerals, vitamins, herbs, and critical amino acids – all things your blood, skin, lungs, liver and heart need in order to function properly.
It claims to get rid of chemicals that weaken these areas and it does this by keeping your waste hydrated.
After all, the more hydrated your body is, the better it can pass stools and get rid of toxic substances.
It also claims to be a good solution for gnc weight loss, as the company states that colon health has a huge hand in being able to lose weight and keeping your metabolism healthy. There aren’t very many people looking on how to gain weight with a fast metabolism.
It states Advanced Cleanse Max can help you reach your target goal by giving your body the means it needs to absorb healthier calories.
So what’s the big deal surrounding this colon cleanse?
Well it can have some pretty serious side effects. And like we said – it is potent.
Side effects can include some light aching in the stomach, feeling exhausted or drained, becoming dehydrated and you might compare your overall feeling to being hungover. Not so pleasant.
Many people claim that their first dose was successful and they were fine.
However, these same people state the trouble started once they took their second dose (same dose, 2 capsules). Some reported feeling ‘backed up,’ which doesn’t really add up, since it’s supposed to be cleansing your body out.
Other reported a very upset stomach and being extremely tired and groggy.
Something to take note of is the number one ingredient – rhubarb. Not many people know is a very strong laxative that has countless side effects. And most of them are listed above in the reviews.
Among the users, there is a common pattern that seems to stick out. Even though some of the users took the 2 capsules a few days ago, they are still having symptoms today – and running to the bathroom constantly. Some list they are going on four days of an upset stomach and going to the bathroom continuously.
The company makes it sound like this can happen if you’re toxic and backed up, because it’s going to take some time to clean you out.
But really, there is no kind of evidence that this is true. There aren’t any type of clinical studies that have data to prove this.
What We Think of Advanced Colon Max…
Well, let’s face it – it did work for just about every user. There isn’t one review that states it didn’t work for them. Some complained it worked a little too well, but that’s a pretty common compliant when it comes to laxatives. Depending on how sensitive or backed up your system is, the results are going to vary from person to person.
If you decide to give Advanced Colon Max a try, your best bet is to try one pill first. If you plan to take it at least once a week or more, remember that this isn’t supposed to be used on a regular basis.
However, if you do take it often, your body is probably going to get used to the different ingredients in it and develop a sort of tolerance.
This means eventually, you may be able to take the recommended dose of 2 capsules. But because everyone seems to comment on how strong Advanced Colon Max is, it’s within your best interest to start small and work your way up.
As for the side effects, these are generally common with laxatives, especially when you’re cleaning out your system.
In terms of a fastin diet pill, you’re probably going to lose weight from all the waste you’re getting rid of, but we definitely don’t recommend it as your only source of weight loss, especially because it’s hard on your system.
