This option of 6 juices a day plus fruit and vegetables will still activate your digestive track so you may not get the full body detox as you would with the juice fast.

Eating solid food while still drinking your juices may be a better option if you are looking for long-term weight loss.

Fruits and vegetables lose their fiber when you juice them, so keeping some solid fruits and vegetables in your diet will help your body get the fiber it needs.

  1. Great article. I have very good experiences with juicing. I’ve lost almost 40 lbs. In the beginning, I was drinking 80% vegetable juices. Now I am drinking closer to 70% fruit juice. So, I highly recommend this, but if you are fasting also, get as much information as possible and be sure you are a healthy person.
