#16 Should I Be Training With Heavy Movements?
Yes, because your back is one of your strongest muscle groups, heavy movements will only help in your quest for a bigger, stronger back. With that said, you should keep your reps lower for maximum muscle gain. Don’t fool yourself into thinking you can do high reps of heavy weight. If you’re lifting a lot, you shouldn’t be able to do too many reps. If you can, you’re not lifting enough.
