#14 What’s The Best Way Of Doing Rack Pulls?
Use a power rack with pins on the bar. Set the pins to just below the knees, just above the knees and mid-thigh. Adjust yourself into a deadlift position against the bar. Keep your feet under your hips with your back arched and engage your hamstrings with your hips back. Keep looking forward and extend through your knees and hips to pull the weight back and up. Pull your shoulders back to complete the movement. Complete three sets with eight to ten reps.
