Are you looking for a fat burning supplement to help you reach your fitness goals? Today we’ll find out if Fastin is the right product for you.
I have always preferred thermogenic fat burners over the traditional weight loss methods simply because they generally turn out to be more effective. We always keep an eye on which supplements are gaining popularity and so I decided to take Fastin for a test drive.
It isn’t overly costly as a month supply goes for about $30 and so I thought what’s the harm in trying it out. So, I bought a bottle and set out to find out if this fat burning supplement is the real deal or not.
What are Fastin Diet Pills?
Fastin is a thermogenic intensifier that aids in rapid loss of weight. It is a dietary supplement that you can find in stores like CVS, Walgreens, GNC and so on. The proprietary formula that is used in this product is believed to contain ingredients that will help you increase your overall metabolism and this aids in thermogenesis which is essentially the burning of stored fat in your body.
Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals is the manufacturer of Fastin and they have developed a lot of other products including Stamina RX, a very popular male enhancement pill.
Fastin is also said to increase the amount of norepinephrine and even dopamine, which are two important chemicals produced by our brain. The main use of these chemicals by the brain is to improve sense of well-being and at the same time, it can regulate your blood pressure and even heart rate as well. It is said that there are absolutely no side effects that will occur from the consumption of this product.
Fastin Diet Pills Main Ingredients
When it comes to the ingredients in Fastin diet pills, we come to a long list. Phenylethylamine, hyaluronic acid and Yohimbe extract are three common ingredients. Yohimbe mostly has no effect upon weight loss however phenylethylamine is an important part. It is an appetite suppressant but needs to be taken in small doses.
Here is the full list of the main ingredients:
- Caffeine
- Phenylethylamine HCL
- Synephrine HCL
- Yohimbe
- Theobromine anhydrous
- Methylsynephrine hcl
- N-methyl B-phenylethylamine HCL
Side Effects of Yohimbe
If you are using Fastin diet pills, you need to be aware that Yohimbe bark extract, which is used in the product, is known to cause some side effects. Some common side effects which patients have reported include headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, abnormal heartbeat, stomach cramp and more. You should consult your doctor before taking any supplement. Better safe than sorry. However, the actual side effects will vary from person to person and thus you need to be mindful of what you put in your body. Know that there are always risks.
Fastin Reviews and My Results
Of course we are against taking any kind of diet pills that can lead to side effects; however, when I read most of the Fastin reviews, I found that none of them reported any major problems. So, after buying the bottle, I followed the instructions that came on the label. Although, the instructions say that we should take 1 to 2 tablets in the morning, I settled with 1 and also made it a point to wait about 45 minutes before my workout.
I did feel that as the pills were digesting, the Yohimbe was giving me a slight “chills” effect. A lot of thermogenic fat burners lead to this type of sensation and this tends to be more prominent in those that contain Yohimbe.
When I had taken the pills for 3 days, these initial symptoms wore off. This is why when I took an extra pill on the third day. I definitely could really feel the extra inflow of energy inside of me.
Upon taking the pills for a week, I found a loss of 2 pounds in my weight. It isn’t really huge but I believe that if I had boosted my dosage, the results might have been little different. Overall, I did not feel that any side effects hindered the function of the Fastin pills. In various Fastin reviews, I noticed that people took as many as 4 diet pills; however, I would not recommend that high of a dose.
Conclusion
In my opinion, Fastin diet pills are a good supplement that will work as an efficient energy pill and help you burn fat. The amount of energy that you will gain upon taking these pills is notable! Owing to the presence of Yohimbe extract, I was a little unsure about using the pills because this ingredient does come with some potential side effects. However, my results were positive and after the first doses, I did not notice the chills or any edginess.
For those just looking to cut fat should also consider products like Phen375 as a potent option. However, as I experienced no major side effects of using Fastin diet pills, we will definitely be happy using it. Most of the different Fastin reviews were positive and I am also pretty happy with the use. If you are looking for an energy pill, Fastin is a good choice, and though it will help with fat loss, something like Phen375 might be your best bet for this specific use.
