We’ve all been there – whether you’re hung over, had a crappy day at work or are just plain exhausted, there are just some times when you don’t feel like going to the gym.
And it makes it especially worse when you know that if you do make yourself go, you aren’t going to get a great exercise in. Your heart isn’t in it, and your mind isn’t either, so you just aren’t going to get the same results.
Think about it – how much are you actually going to benefit from this workout when you’re walking around like a zombie?
Probably not a lot. After all, in order to get the results you want so badly, you’re going to need a few things. Those things include energy, and focus and the drive and motivation to do the best you can. If you don’t have one of these critical components, you are probably just going to be wasting your time.
And that’s where pre-workout supplements come into play. They’re going to help give you all of these essential elements you need to get the best out of your workout.
There is a certain product that we’ve been hearing a lot about lately – VPX Redline White Heat. Nicknamed the ultimate pre-workout amplifier, we’re guessing the results aren’t disappointing.
What it promises is to provide you with deep energy, coupled with some majorly focused mindset. This way, you’re going to get the right equation to bring your workout up a few notches.
Well, that sounds pretty promising. What kind of ingredients could provide these results?
We’re going to tell you.
VPX Redline White Heat Ingredients
Here’s what you should know first – essentially, all of the ingredients that can be found in redline pre-workout are stimulants. One of those is obviously caffeine, as well as three various types of yohimbe and N-methyl tyramine. When you look at just the caffeine amount, It’s looking like 400 mg for every scoop you use, which is pretty major. The other amounts in the mix are going to be proprietary.
So while this is an impressive mix for energy and focus, the powder doesn’t offer much in the way of help with pumps. However, the company suggests doubling up VPX Redline White Heat and a non-stimulant pre-workout supplement (one that doesn’t have any creatine or boosters) in order to get more than out of it. While you will get motivation and energy, it may stop there. However, if you’re looking for energy, you aren’t going to get any better than this product.
As for the overall consensus, basically, if you’re able to keep a grip on your stimulants, you are going to be pretty satisfied with VPX Redline White Heat.
In fact some people commented that they don’t have to drink coffee all day now that they have this in their systems. And while it’s really powerful, it also helps keep the users nice and focused. Some of them feel like they have to drag themselves out of the gym, rather than into it.
So like we’ve said a few times, it has some killer reviews. And, because it isn’t going to cost you an arm and a leg, you won’t lose much by giving it a shot.
VPX Redline White Heat Flavors
As an added bonus, it has a ton of flavors and each one is pretty good. From strawberry to fruit punch, there are options you can pick from. While you may be able to tell that there is a bit of a synthetic taste, it’s a lot better than other drinks. There isn’t any kind of nasty aftertaste or bitterness after you get done drinking it.
VPX Redline White Heat Side Effects
The downside – it gets you majorly amped. Like, major. And because of this, you might not want to go with it.
After about 30 minutes, you’re going to feel it start to kick in pretty quick. And the first thing you’re going to feel is the energy. It’s just going to be pouring off of you. You might find yourself pushing way beyond your average workout and going even double the amount of what you’re used to.
Because the product can be pretty intense, you might go back and forth between feeling cold to feeling hot. And nauseous can sometimes occur because of the amount of caffeine going into your body.
As for our recommendation, we’re going to tell you to be very careful – this powder isn’t messing around. It’s really strong, even if you consume coffee on a regular basis.
Some people might find the side effects completely outweigh the benefits of the product. You will definitely be feeling the effects, getting shaky and nauseous.
VPX Redline White Heat Banned?
There is the slight chance that this product isn’t going to be available for much longer. There was a study done last October that showed a bunch of supplements (including our pal VPX Redline White Heat) has 1,3-dimethylbutlamine as an active ingredient (also called DMBA).
And this study showed that FMBA has similar structure to both Ephedrine and DMAA. If you’re familiar with either of these, you likely know that both of these are banned when it comes to over the counter supplements.
DMBA, while not exactly an amphetamine, is pretty similar. While it isn’t going to make you bomb a blood test, it’s likely to give you a similar feeling.
You might start noticing that places like Vitamin Shoppe, GNC and various other kinds of retailers have already pulled the product off of their shelves. We’re thinking that the FDA is going to pick up on this pretty soon and pull it a lot faster than you can blink. So if you do decide you like it, you will want to buy a couple jugs of it to hold you over. However, what you want to consider is the fact that there is a lot of questions and controversy behind it.
But like we said, it’s pretty cheap so you may want to give it a shot for yourself before you take it any further.
