    The BCAA supplements have helped me really increase my muscle tone. It has also increased my endurance so that I can really push myself in the gym. It also has helped my muscles recover faster after, allowing me to work out more frequently and will better results. My muscles just are not as sore and I am making much better gains than before I started BCAA supplements. Seriously, if you haven’t tried BCAA supplements and your workout seems stagnate t then give these a try.     Awesome branched chain amino acids supplement. This is great to take every morning especially since I practice intermittent fasting throughout the week. Usually prior to a workout I mix this in with my pre workout and some glutamine. This really fuels my muscles through the workout and after for maximum recovery. There are not a lot of supplements out there that provide tested and proven benefits like these branched chain amino acids. Once you start taking them you will definitely not go back to working out without them. The mix very easily in with juice or even water.     I've been supplementing my diet with extra BCAA- I like the powder over the pills to customize amounts, no BCAA powder ever tastes that good that I've had, however this one aint bad. Does mix well and seems to be doing the job.

    I'm always trying new workout supplements and I came across this BCAA product I mix it in with some fruit juice ( tastes ok on its on too ) u can mix with wate. its more natural feeling and then i mix it in with my pre workout drink so far seems to be some good quality stuff I like the fact that im not as sour as usual its a good recovery supplement it doesnt hurt your stomach and it mixes well i give this product a 5 star rating cause it is a good quality BCAA

    I consider myself a very active person because I work out at the gym, rock climb, hike, practice yoga. Very different from a weight lifter but I do get aching muscles all the time where I cannot hike the next day. This product has definitely changed all of that for me. I mix it with some juice to sip on while I am working out or being active, I don't taste anything at all. If I had a really tough work out, I will also add some to my protein shake after. I have noticed that my muscles don't feel as sore anymore so I can work out harder or climb harder after a tough day. I also have noticed that my muscles are getting bigger! It's pretty cool that a little powder can make such a difference. I am very happy with this purchase!

    I just received these BCAA. This is such a great additional to anyone who has a regular workout routine. I workout 5-7 days per week. 5 days of cardio/weight training and 3-4 days just cardio. Yes, there are days that I workout twice a day. I love being active and can't imagine to not be. So this is a great supplement to be taking as for the weight training part it does help with recovery so that I can do the extra cardio. I have noticed that the older I get the longer it takes for me to recover. This product helps with the length of time it takes for recover and the soreness isn't as bad
