Look, we love a good workout supplement just as much as the next gym junkie. But what we don’t love is wasting a ton of money trying out all the varieties out there. While most of them all claim the same thing – high energy, low crash, increased focus and more – they don’t always deliver the results they provide.
But even before you jump into supplements, there’s an entire category right before it – pre-workout supplements. And even though this may not be an unfamiliar category to you, there’s a good chance you are still look for “the one.”
Whether you’ve developed a higher tolerance, your body has changes, you’ve discovered new workouts or methods or even if you just need a change, it’s important to keep up with the latest and greatest in pre-workout supplements.
After all, researchers and scientists are developing new supplements and formulas all the time. That means that the quest for the ideal pre-workout supplement may seem like a never-ending battle.
G6 Sports Pre-Flight
So in our reoccurring quest, we’ve stumbled upon G6 Sports Pre-Flight, made by G6 Sports Nutrition. Like most pre-workout supplements, it comes in a powder form, which you mix into water. As the directions say, you should take it anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes before you start your next workout.
And the theory behind this one?
You’re going to get a workout unlike you’ve ever had. It promotes both strength and energy, meaning you will kill it during your workout.
Some of the things G6 Sports Pre-Flight promises to deliver: intense focus with even more intense pumps, giving your workout a major boost, using the latest and greatest in pump technology to transform your workout and more.
G6 Sports Pre-Flight Ingredients
Let’s take a look at the various ingredients to see what makes this problem successful.
Some of the ingredients are pretty standard in G6 Sports Pre-Flight, such as beta alanine. This will help your muscle endurance, as it cuts back on lactic acid that tends to build up in muscles. And when that acid builds up, your muscles get tired faster and your workout suffers because of it.
Another common ingredient this pre-workout supplement has is arginine AKG, which is used to increase nitric oxide, therefore giving you more energy as well as more pumps.
You will also find creatine, which gives your muscles more power so they can work even harder, and caffeine, for both focus and energy.
So those are the pretty run-of-the-mill ingredients. Here are a few that, while they aren’t completely unheard of, they are as common.
Agmatine sulfate is known to support the synthesis of both protein and creatine in the body. There is also L-histidine, which is used to help increase the success of agmatine sulfate.
G6 Sports Pre-Flight also has vanadyl sulfate in it, which can help your overall performance, as it utilizes all the benefits of insulin. You will find choline bitartrate, which is going to be a big help when it comes to warding off fatigue during your work outs. Finally, it has pikamilon, so you will see you can concentrate better and with ease.
All of these powerful ingredients are packed into this powder, which is mixed from 8 to 10 ounces of water. One scoop does the trick.
G6 Sports Pre-Flight Pro’s & Con’s
When it comes to the perks, you will find that the ingredients is one of its best advantages. It has such a colorful list of ingredients that it offers all kinds of benefits. And the common ingredients are known in the pre-workout supplement world and have proven results.
Now, for the not-so-great news. Not only is G6 Sports Pre-Flight on the expensive side, but there also aren’t that many reviews online. That means either people have not tried it for themselves or the company is keeping reviews from being published online.
If you decide on a 30-serving tub of this product, you can expect to pay somewhere around $70. When it comes to purchasing it, you have a few options. You can either get it directly through G6 Sports Nutrition’s website or head to Amazon.
Plus, there aren’t clinical studies to back it up. So if you like to have scientific evidence to back up your supplements, this may not be the choice for you.
However, when we tried it for ourselves, we found the level of energy was out of this world, as it promised. Despite not having any clinical studies, it certainly delivered with its promise. We were able to power through our workouts and do even more pumps than on the best gym day.
With these things in mind, there are a few other positives to point out. For example, this company and the product itself prides on the fact that there are not any kind of fillers, dyes or artificial colors in it. That means you can count on a completely full product, without worrying about lack of quality or honesty with each scoop.
While we’re on the subject of nutrition, you will be happy to see that there is over 166 milligrams of vitamin C or ascorbic acid in 2 scoops.
Something else we really loved about this product – there aren’t any sugars or calories. You would be surprised how many supplements out there are focused more on flavor than anything else, which means they add sugar, and boost up the calories.
And there are quite a few different flavors to pick from. No need to have to plug your nose and down the drink so you don’t feel sick. Flavors include fruit punch, watermelon, vanilla and more.
So if you decide you want to take a break from going back and forth and back and forth with pre-workout supplements, G6 Sports Pre-Flight is absolutely a great way to go. It’s one of few supplements on the shelves right now that says true to its word. And since it doesn’t take long to kick in, the delicious flavored powder may be the answer you’re looking for. We give it five stars and suggest using it for your next workout regimen.
