Ladies and Gentlemen, it is TIME TO TRAIN.
F-16 Pre-Work Out Formula and Ingredients
Let’s dig a little deeper into these ingredients. First up, we have their unique muscle hydration & pump blend. The three main ingredients in this blend are creatine monohydrate, beta alanine, and agmatine.
As you may already know, creatine already occurs naturally in your muscles. This is what amps your muscles up and builds mass. Creatine basically gives your muscles the energy they need in order to keep your workouts going longer and harder. Creatine is also a top supplement that’s often looked upon with suspicion, despite its status as one of the most effective and well-researched supplements for building lean muscle mass – it is actually safer than anything out there. It is important to always keep an eye out for clinically proven ingredients such as creatine.
Another main ingredient is beta alanine. It is technically a non-essential beta-amino acid, but it has quickly become anything but non-essential in the health and fitness world. You might know it by its trademarked name – CarnoSyn, it’s become a pretty well sought out ingredient these days due to claims that it raises carnosine levels. We all know it’s a bummer when muscle fatigue starts to kick in and slow down your workouts. So, adding some extra beta alanine into your body is going to fix that by increasing those levels and giving your body that extra boost it craves. When carnosine levels increase, you’re going to see your muscle fatigue levels decrease, meaning you’re going to increase those fast muscle twitch fibers. Both of these are key factors when it comes to building muscle growth. Beta-alanine is also the leading amino acid in carnosine synthesis, meaning that its presence in the bloodstream is directly linked to muscle carnosine levels.
Fun fact – this is also when the tingle factor comes in to play.
And, last but not least, we have agmatine. Agmatine is a metabolite of L-Arginine. It is known to help with central nervous system function, primarily as a neuromodulator and neurotransmitter. Also, helps to govern nitric oxide (NO) synthesis, as well as working to properly regulate cellular energy by overseeing polyamine metabolic function. This makes agmatine another sought after pump-inducing supplement choice.
Moving onto the energy & focus blend. And we’ll keep this light since we’ve discussed the main three. The stars of this blend are acetyl-L-carnitine, tyrosine, caffeine, and niacin. (vitamin B3). With this blend your body will be getting a boost without a crash, transporting fat cells properly to where they can be oxidized and used as fuel for pump, reduce depression, regulate your mood, improve cognitive memory, enhance the function of pituitary and adrenal glands, strengthen muscles, increase dopamine levels, break down carbs and regulate cholesterol levels. WIN x 1000.
F-16 Pre-Work Out Use and Directions
The instructions and dosage are pretty easy – just take 1 scoop with 8oz of water around 30-45minutes before you start your workout. If you have a relatively high tolerance to pre-work out supplements, you can add an extra scoop, or just start off with just a 1/2 scoop if you’re less tolerant and more sensitive to gauge it and go from there. Don’t forget – stay hydrated!
F-16 Pre-Work Out Review
F-16 has a solid line up of ingredients, we like that. We got a clean energy pump without the crash aftermath and real mental focus during the session. More energy + burn off more fat + build muscle + no crash = hard to hate on that.
Now, the creatine is pretty essential when it comes to building some major muscle and but the trick is it needs to be taken on a daily basis and, at first, in somewhat high levels. So if you’re not using this on the daily, you might want to be adding some other form of creatine to your shakes on your off days.
If you’re looking to take our word and give F-16 a shot, you can purchase is directly from their site here.
All in all, definitely worth a shot! This supplement does what it says, and did we mention is tastes like grandma’s lemonade?
Overall, we found that it was an effective and decently priced ($34.99) pre-workout formula. It provides a clean rush of energy, increases dopamine levels, creatine, and beta alanine + other vitamins to keep your muscles fueled up and pumping, all while you’re able to overcome mental fatigue like a champ.
