Cellucor C4 Extreme

As you might already be aware of, Cellucor is one of the most popular and talked about names in the industry, especially when it comes to sports nutrition and even bodybuilding supplements.

Surprisingly, they don’t get a majority of their business from wild advertising or colorful marketing. Rather, it’s more of a customer-to-customer basis that brings in all the money. Via word of mouth, the company continues to get customers – and that says a lot about their product.

Needless to say, we wanted to dig into this company a little bit deeper to find out if it truly lives up to all the hype.

We were also curious as to how they were able to grow as big as they have.

After all, they seem pretty genuine. They view their possible clients as the best consumer and advice-giver out there. They’re also well aware that their customer – aka you – will check out their site, maybe talk to their friends at the gym, and conduct your own kind of research in order to decide what the best supplement for you would be.

Odds are, you know how the process goes. You do some research, check things out, purchase the product and…..you don’t like it. So again, that endless process of searching for the right supplement for you. It is seemingly endless.

But Cellucor C4 Extreme doesn’t disappointment. After all, you can ask just about anyone who has used the product – and odds are, you are going to hear mostly positive things about their products.

And the one specific product we’re focusing on is Cellucor C4 Extreme. This pre-workout supplement is said to be the best of the best, as it gets you nice and ready for your workout. How? By giving you the stamina and energy you need. It also helps set you up with the focus you need to get more reps, pumps and some seriously killer workouts.

Cellucor C4 Extreme Ingredients…

Added bonus – it comes in a multiple of flavors and each one offers its own unique, delicious taste. But we’re going to look past that and dive into what is really underneath all that deliciousness.

While the actual ingredient list is on the longer side, we wanted to spend some time on the stars of the show.

The first one is going to be creatine nitrate. If you aren’t familiar with this product, you should know that it is actually 10x more soluble than what you would find in creatine monohydrate. And it’s nothing short of amazing when it comes to its activities. It coaxes those blood vessels to open up so that they can give more nutrients and oxygen right into your muscles. The result – you’re going to see better, bigger pumps.

And there isn’t any need to worry about the stomach issues that usually go hand in hand with creatine. This product absorbs much better, so you won’t find any kind of intestinal issues happening.

Secondly, beta alanine is on the list. And what this does is help prevent you from getting tired and overworked. How? By stopping lactic acid from building up within your muscles.

Next up is arginine AKG, which is actually going to boost the amount of growth hormone as well as insulin. This is also going to help promote vascularity and improve your overall flow of blood.

Is There Caffeine In Cellucor C4 Extreme?

As you may have guessed, there is also caffeine in Cellucor C4 Extreme. That’s what’s going to give you the focus and energy you need to get through your workout. B-Vitamins will help with your energy levels too and also support a healthy immune system. Vitamin C lends a helping hand as well.

Finally, there is also some mucuna pruriens, which will boost up the amount of dopamine that’s being released in your body. This is a major bonus because it’s going to help you feel pretty darn good.

As for the dosage, the suggested amount is either one or two scoops, which are then mixed into water (about 4-6 ounces). You want to do this thirty minutes before your workout.

The instructions recommend starting with just one scoop of the powder and then adjusting as you see necessary as you go along. If you’re on the bigger side, you might find that you need two scoops instead of just one.

Like we said, there are plenty of flavors to pick from. One of the most popular flavors is the green apple, which is a favorite among many.

What Are The Advantages of

Cellucor C4 Extreme?

When it comes to advantages, the number one thing that sticks out in our mind is the fact that there are just so many positive reviews about the products. And, because it comes in so many different kinds of flavors, odds are there is a choice just for you.

Another bonus is the fact that the company offers a 30-day money back guarantee, which means if you decide you don’t like the product within that 30 day window, you’re able to send it back. And you can find Cellucor C4 Extreme at your local GNC, meaning you won’t always have to pay those annoying shipping prices or taxes.

As for the disadvantages, we hate to say it but the cost is our number one negative. If you’re on the bigger side and taking more doses, this is especially true. It’s on the expensive side, which might end up pushing you away from buying it.

It’s important to note that no matter where you buy the product, whether it’s from an online retailer or from GNC, the company will honor that money back guarantee they promised. Which is definitely a good thing, because a 60-serving tub is going to run you nearly $50.

So, in conclusion, while we may have tried to find someone who wasn’t exactly thrilled with the product, we simply couldn’t. Every user absolutely loved it and had nothing but outstanding and positive things to say about it. If you’re looking for a top of the line pre-workout supplement, we’re going to suggest giving Cellucor C4 Extreme a shot.

  1. I’ve always been a little bit skeptical of pre-workout supplements, but this one seems legit from what I’ve heard as well. Thanks for the post I’ll have to try it out sometime!

    • Hey Thomas,

Yea I tried it a couple days ago for the first time, pretty good all around option. Good ingredients but a little high priced.

  2. I know someone who doesn’t rate Cellucor C4 and in fact he advised me to stay away from it saying it was weak. Due to this advice I have never bought this product. I’m currently using MTS Clash which I rate highly and would recommend to anyone. I’m about to try Core Fury as everyone here in Australia is raving about it. One thing I’ve noticed at Gym Junkies, these products don’t get mentioned, can I ask why ?

  3. Both MTS (Marc Lobliner) Clash and Core Nutrition (Doug Miller) Fury are US based and distributed here in Australia by Massive Joes. I’d be every interested not only Gym Junkies thoughts on these preworkouts but also MTS Machine Whey. I’ve tried many protein powders in my time, some down right terrible to the bearable. Can I say MTS Machine Whey is the ultimate in the taste category. In terms of what is in it, going by the label it stacks up with the best out there. Ultimately what drives me to buy product is not only the product but cost. Like C4 Core Fury is dam expensive in comparison to MTS Clash. In terms of effects the focus and energy I get from Clash is outstanding. I could not imagine doing a workout without it, indeed when I cycle off for 2-4 weeks there is a noticeable difference in energy levels and performance.
