If you’ve been on social media lately, you’re probably aware of the buzz going around about BioMuscle XR.
This product is being advertised all over social media – Facebook, Twitter, and others, and is being deemed as a “revolutionary breakthrough in workout science”. It has also been advertised on CNN, MSNBC, CBS News, and Men’s Health. So, due to that and the several questions and requests we’ve received, we decided to check out this product ourselves and provide you with another honest review.
You’re probably wondering “What the heck is it?
What does it do?
Is this a scam?
Or… Does it really work ?”
We’re here to fill you in.
WHAT IS BioMuscle XR?
For a simple starter, it is a “Muscle Growth Accelerator” /Pre Workout/Testosterone Boosting Supplement.
We all know there is a TON of competition and thousands of similar supplements out there, but we still had to give it a shot because…”don’t knock it till you try it”, right?
According to their site, https://www.biomusclexr.com/, BioMuscle XR boosts your stamina and endurance – overall performance helps with lean muscle gain, helps you stay focused, energized and hit your gym goals. It was designed to help promote lean muscle growth, reduce body excess body fat, and boost raw power and strength.
Also, it claims to be 100% and free of artificial fillers, which is always a plus in our book!
BioMuscle XR Ingredients
It is specially formulated for men (to help boost testosterone) with active ingredients L-Citrulline, L-Arginine, and Creatine.
Without normal levels of testosterone, it’s extremely difficult for men to feel energized and remain active.
This is the primary reason why so many supplement companies have created products geared towards men to help boost testosterone levels, which ultimately helps you work out harder. Unfortunately, many of these products have artificial or chemical components, making it difficult for both laboratories and the public to approve of them. BioMuscle XR, on the other hand, is formulated specifically to deal with low testosterone and poor focus, and the active supplement will boost your testosterone level and help you get a better, longer pump.
The main ingredient L-Arginine, which is great, but isn’t a breakthrough or unique ingredient. L-Arginine is an amino acid that helps promote vasodilation through nitric oxide production – ( more oxygen to your veins promotes a better pump! It is known to create protein synthesis and is converted in the body into a chemical called nitric oxide.
N02 is what causes blood vessels to open wider for improved blood flow. It also stimulates the release of growth hormone, insulin, and other substances in the body. Vasodilation allows nutrients and vitamins to be delivered to muscles quicker and more efficiently, which could potentially lead to increased muscle growth.
More ingredients include the following:
Alpha Ketoglutarate: The Alpha Ketoglutarate formula in BioMuscle XR helps your body produce nitric oxide, which will help your muscles and give your body more power.
Cnidium Monnier Seed: This is an excellent extract to take before a workout in order to have better energy and increased muscle growth, thanks to improved oxygen supply. Since it also contains nitric oxide, blood supply is improved overall. Plus, this extract also helps to burn fat throughout your workouts.
Cordyceps Sinensis Extract: This cordycepic acid is highly powerful when it comes to increasing testosterone.
Damiana: This extract enriches the oxygen supply in the body, which helps to increase muscle mass and promotes blood flow. When this happens, vitamins and minerals have an easier time getting to your muscles.
Epimedium Extract: Made with 10% icariin, this ingredient slows down the decrease in testosterone, allowing your body to hold on to the testosterone it currently has. It also keep the body’s nitrous oxide level high to promote healthy blood circulation to the muscles.
Ganoderma Lucidum: This extract improves circulation, which is essential for developing muscle mass.
Huang Qi Roots: This ingredient will give you excellent athletic performance, improves stamina, and boosts energy, which is ideal for triathletes.
Lentinula Edodes: This is also known as shiitake, which is beneficial for overall health and will make you feel better overall.
Maca Root: This extract promotes better muscle performance, which is one of the good effects of this supplement.
Rou Gui Bark: This is a bark extract that comes from cinnamon cassia and which is great for regulating blood sugar, as well as preventing weight gain. By reducing spikes in your blood glucose level, Rou Gui bark gives you an even, sustained flow of energy throughout the day, helping you remain active for hours.
Sheng Jiang: Known otherwise as a ginger root, sheng jiang is medically proven to modulate protein and improve health.
Does BioMuscle XR Really Work?
We did feel more energized and noticed a slight improvement during a workout, however, it was not out of this world to be straight up. It felt like most nitric oxide supplements do. Maybe if you use the product long enough, you will see better results.
Unfortunately, a we ran into a red flag.
When ordering the product, we ran into a “free trial” page, which is usually pretty scammy if you ask us.
But, we ended up getting the BioMuscle XR Free Trial anyways(sounds like Alpha Cut HD all over again). BEWARE! You must cancel within your trial period or else YOU WILL BE BILLED. And there is no money back guarantee.
The directions on the label state that the dosage is 2 capsules every day, 30 – 45 minutes prior to your workout. And you can also use it on your non-training days if you’d like. Shipping prices vary depending on how much product you order and where you are located, but it is around $10. Keep in mind that shipping is required for the free trial and costs $5.95.
While there are some decent benefits to this supplement, it is nothing out of the ordinary in comparison to other Nitric Oxide boosters. We are not fans of the “Free Trial” type of stuff either.
If your product is THAT great, you do not need to scam people into trying something that genuinely works.
You with me?
Therefore, we are going to rate BioMuscle XR a 2 out of 5.
